What is the fastest route to travel to Northern Cyprus?

Currently at the moment there are no direct flights to Northern Cyprus. (Ercan) which is the main airport in the Northern part of the island. All flights are through Turkey, the plane either lands in Dalaman, Antalya, Izmir ect.You remain on board for 45 mins before you depart for Ercan.In the nearest future their will be direct flights from London, Manchester, Frankfurt. This all depends upon the property you buy, the payment terms for a newly built or build varies depending upon the construction firm. It could vary between 100% upfront to 10% -30 % deposits with monthly instalments made until completion.
Resale properties are paid fully on the exchange of contracts however a reservation payment to your solicitor is advisable which takes the property in question off the market, until the title deeds are exchanged with checks made.
Indicate you’re financial position with your solicitor, you are not tied to one specific contractor.

Is the local driving License Required?

You would be allowed to drive on your UK driving License for a period of three months, after which you would need to apply for a permanent driving licence.

The TRNC have embassies in Ankara, Mersin and Istanbul .Offices of representatives are based London, New York, Pakistan and Brussels. There is Turkish embassy, British High commissioner and German consulate all based in the TRNC.
